Mitra Brand Flexitank is a multi-ply design flexitank constructed of food grade 125 micron thick liquid liner polyethylene film.
Mitra Brand Flexitank span in size from 16,000 to 24,000 liters, with special order sizes available.
At present, we have three product grade.
- Premium Grade: 4 ply x 125 micron
- Standard Grade: 3 ply x 125 micron
- Economy Grade: 2 ply x 125 micron
These products contain the following features:
- Flexitank inner liners are constructed from high tensile strength multi-ply ethylene co-polymer film, with each liner being 125 microns thick.
- Food Grade 3” disc valve with integrated compression seal flange (Optional: 3” Ball Valve).
- 180 grams m² bright white woven polypropylene outer cover provides excellent surge control.
- Optional air release (ARV) or pressure release valve (PRV) available on request
- Low temperature rating -20c / -4f.
- High temperature rating +65c / 149f.
- Our Flexitanks are Intertek tested – designed for food grade (EC / US FDA) and non-hazardous products.
- Manufactured and tested in compliance with COA Code of Practice.

Material Properties
The Product Warranty Shall be Void in the Event That the Flexitank is Not Filled Within +/- 500 Liters of the Flexitank Size.
