M&W Brand Flexitanks span in size from 16,000 to 24,000 litres, with special order sizes available.

• R series – Railway Series (3 ply × 200 micron)

• D series – US Domestic Series (2 ply x 200 micron)
  – Fully Test and AAR Compliant
  – Application Focus for US Domestic 53‟ Intermodal Container and Trailer(TOFC/COFC)

These products contain the following features:

• Flexitank inner liners are constructed from high tensile strength multi-ply ethylene co-polymer film, with each liner being 200 microns thick.
• Food Grade 3” ball valve with integrated compression seal flange, a proprietary design by M&W Flexitank.
• 180 gsm and 250 gsm (grams/m²) bright white woven polypropylene outer cover provides excellent surge control for “A”/”R” series and “D” series respectively.
• Optional air release (ARV) or pressure release valve (PRV) available on request
• Low temperature rating -20c / -4f
• High temperature rating +65c / 149f
• Our Flexitanks are Lloyds Register Certified – designed for food grade (EC / US FDA) and nonhazardous products
• Manufactured and tested in compliance with COA Code of Practice and AAR US Class 1 Rail
